Bridgend Life Centre is home to a spacious Gym, providing the perfect environment for you and your clients to thrive. The light and airy Gym hosts an extensive range of equipment, such as Bikes and Treadmills, as well as a dedicated free weights area and Fitness Studios. The Centre is the perfect place to succeed as a PT, with opening times from 6am - 9pm during the week to help fit in with your clients schedules.

As a self-employed PT at Bridgend Life Centre, you’ll have access to this diverse range of equipment, enabling you to design comprehensive and effective training programmes for your clients. With YOUR Personal Training’s capped PT capacity and a steady client flow at Bridgend Life Centre, you’ll have the ideal environment to build and grow your personal trainer business.
